7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • All tags must be attached

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

  • No prepaid return labels are provided by us.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee for approved returns.

No Final-Sale Items

We do not classify any product as “final sale.”
All eligible items can be returned unless they fall under the exclusions below.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged

  • Defective

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Return the product

  3. Place a new order after your return is approved

This ensures faster delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank/credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
