2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

By using the Services you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Services for or on behalf of another person, you confirm you have authority to bind that person.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity on your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. PRODUCTS & INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product and course information accurately. However, colours, images, descriptions, prices, and availability may vary from what you see on screen. We reserve the right to correct errors, change or discontinue products or services, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All product purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Return Policy posted on the site.

4. ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when we send an order confirmation email. We may require payment authorization prior to accepting your order. We may accept or decline orders for any reason (including inventory, product availability, or suspected fraud).

If we cancel or modify an accepted order, we will notify you using the contact details you provided and provide refund if applicable.

Prices shown are in the currency displayed and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, handling, import duties or customs charges unless otherwise stated. We may change prices and promotions at any time. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to promptly update any changes.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment you authorize us to charge the amount to your chosen payment method.

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing, force majeure, or other events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss for physical goods pass to you when the goods are transferred to the carrier.

For digital products (courses, e-books, PDFs, online subscriptions), access is granted as described on the product page and under our Digital Products Policy.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Our Returns & Refund Policy governs returns, exchanges and refunds. Please review it carefully. Short summary: we currently offer a 7-day return window for eligible physical goods, customers pay return shipping, there is no restocking fee, and we do not list products as final-sale unless specifically stated.

All content on the Services (text, images, logos, videos, course materials, designs) is owned or licensed by Pathshala Classes Jaipur and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
